Glassware-
VinCase's proprietary design will accommodate many types and sizes of glasses. While the custom foam interior was set up for the exact dimensions of the Riedel products, many different manufacturers and sizes of glasses can be used- including champagne glasses!

We selected the Riedel Cabernet/Merlot styles not only because we love "big red" but because they are very versatile sizes that can be used for most types of wine. However, if you have a preference or special glass just drop it in the VinCase to check the fit. Most glasses will travel fine even if the bowl isn't a perfect fit due to the protection offered by the high density foam and tough exterior.

Other Accessories-
You may want to take along other little accessories to enhance your mobile wine experience such as a cloth napkin (we like the micro fiber cloths) or bottle stoppers. Roll the cloths up and stow them inside the bowl of the glasses. Depending on the type or size, lay the bottle stoppers on top of the neck of the bottles or roll them up in the cloths before stowing them in the glasses.

Secret Configuration Change-
VinCase Elite II models can be easily modified to accept 4 stemless glasses rather than 2 stemmed glasses. The secret is to carefully remove the pre-cut foam that holds the base and stem of the 2 glasses. The best way to do this is to carefully separate the foam pieces with your fingers and insert another glass. Keep the foam for future use should you want to go back to the 2 glass configuration.
